Shipping and Receiving Associate

Coastline Power Solutions, a manufacturer of generator enclosures and custom fuel tanks, has an opening for a Shipping and Receiving Associate. This position requires a person who is energized and excited to be part of a great team! To accomplish this, we emphasize great attitudes, teamwork, and commitment throughout the organization.

• Must be able to perform basic data entry into the Quick Books system
• Be able to withstand high-temperature warehouse and outdoor environment
• Coordinate data entry for all sales orders
• Forklift operation is required
• Other basic clerical duties as assigned by management
• Ensure all items used are properly recorded
• Perform daily cycle counts
• Coordinate inspection of all items upon delivery
• Tracking of all inventory items in the system
• Maintain min/max inventory levels at all times
• Distribution of materials to production crews
• Load and unload trucks as necessary
• Maintain accuracy of physical inventory against computer generated balances.
• Any other duties as assigned by management
• Quickly develop a knowledge of materials
• Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Must enjoy a challenging environment, on a daily basis
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel and bend
