Job Title
Under the authority of the Administrative and Financial Manager of the UFR and in close collaboration with the pedagogical team and the coordinator of the three secretariats of the Department of Education Sciences, the manager will ensure the administrative and pedagogical management of the Professorate Schools License.
Pedagogical and Administrative Management
Welcome and information for students, teachers, and stakeholders;
Management of applications and registrations;
Administrative follow-up of student enrollment;
Organization of pedagogical registration campaigns;
Preparation and follow-up of juries;
Management of grades, grade reports, and certificates;
Follow-up of internship agreements and pedagogical files;
Participation in the organization of pedagogical meetings, welcome days, and training events.
Organization and Structuring of the Training
Participation in the construction and optimization of timetables;
Contribution to the organization of teaching and exams;
Anticipation of calendar and pedagogical constraints;
Follow-up of the logistical needs of the training.
Development of Procedures and Continuous Improvement
In the context of launching the license, under the supervision of the Department coordinator, the manager will be required to:
Design and formalize operating procedures;
Create follow-up tools and dashboards;
Be a driving force for improving administrative processes;
Participate in the digitalization and simplification of procedures;
Identify needs and propose innovative solutions to improve the quality of service to students and teaching teams.

Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, collaborative tools);
Ability to organize and manage priorities;
Ability to work simultaneously on several files;
Writing and administrative skills;
Knowledge of the university environment and Pegasus is an asset.
