Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible intern for a full-time 8-week summer internship. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience under the guidance of the Learning & Organization Development Specialist.

This position will be based onsite (not remote) at Wonderful Citrus located in Delano, CA. This schedule for this internship is 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Days of the week and work hours may change due to business needs.

Here's what you'll do:

* Provide end-to-end logistical support, including scheduling program communication, material preparation, catering coordination, and day of set up/support

* Directly support the L&OD team with program content updates and execution of new development programs

* Collect feedback and conduct evaluations to suggest improvements and innovation to existing programs

* Produce virtual programming through Microsoft Teams or Zoom

Qualifications

Here's what you'll bring to the table:

* High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Education, Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial/Organization (I/O) Psychology, or related

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* Organized with a strong attention to detail

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Facilitation experience is a plus, but not required

* Applies feedback and is curious to learn with and from others

* Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Zoom to support live online training sessions

* Minimum of beginner proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Self-directed and able to work autonomously

* Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour.
