Missions

In the context of the upcoming obligation to receive and issue electronically formatted invoices for VAT transactions in France and the transmission of the data contained therein to the administration, the AIFE is implementing the public invoicing portal (PPF), in close collaboration with the general directorate of public finances (DGFiP). This portal implements new application bricks: a "Invoicing" brick (e-invoicing): deposit of invoice data between VAT-liable parties in France and the mandatory statuses of these invoices, an "Directory" brick: modalities of addressing and routing of dematerialized invoices to the destination of liable parties and public entities, a "Declaration" brick (e-reporting): declaration of transactions involving a VAT-liable party (excluding e-invoicing), a "Concentrator" which is intended to centralize all information and transmit it to the information system of the DGFiP, a System of Exchange (SE) for conveying and transmitting the different flows.

The PPF is part of the AIFE application environment and is closely linked with the functionalities of the "Chorus Pro" portal.

The AIFE consists of 4 delegations, a program directorate for electronic invoicing, and a general secretariat. Placed within the electronic invoicing program directorate and under the authority of the PPF project owner, you will participate in the work of the MOA team in close collaboration with the relevant business offices. Your main duties include: analysis of problems related to the TMA, drafting of requirements to evolve the solution and validation of documents written by the TMiste, receipt of functional evolutions and support for the realization of test phases, updates of detailed specifications published on the impots.gouv.fr

website, and for partners, support for change management and support, and maintenance of project documentation.

To support you in your role, you will join a team of experienced colleagues and will have access to project documentation. Like all AIFE employees, you will have the opportunity to take training courses adapted to your position.

As with any position in central administration, a high level of availability is expected. For titular candidates, the position corresponds to the grade of inspector of public finances "IFIP" for DGFiP agents or an equivalent grade (administrative attaché of the State). An IT qualification is an asset for this position and may be valued. Recruitment may be carried out in the context of a detachment.

For non-titular candidates, the proposed remuneration will be determined based on the level of diploma and professional experience of the candidate. Recruitment will in this case be proposed on the basis of a 3-year public law CDD, renewable.
