We are looking for an independent personality to strengthen our motivated team that will contribute to the processing of D2C back office operations (orders, returns, disputes, refunds) in compliance with procedures, ensuring a quality customer experience.

Varied days

• Dispute handling (Pay Pal, transport)
• Information search in SAP, ADYEN, Horizon, Colissimo
• Written communication with customers
• Management of returns (ZRP) and exchanges (ZRR)
• Cancellation of orders before shipment
• Processing of refunds
• Escalation of complex cases
• Contribution to the reduction of complaints and continuous improvement

Knowledge and experience

• First experience in back office or customer service is appreciated
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Writing proficiency
• Customer orientation
• Fluent French, professional English is appreciated
• Excel and Outlook
• Basic SAP knowledge, use of payment tools (ADYEN) and customer relationship will be an asset
