True right-hand man of the Nursery Director, you:

• ensure a smooth operation and optimal quality of care
• ensure a safe and individualized environment for each child
• accompany and develop the teams (recruitment, integration, training)
• actively contribute to the pedagogical project and make it come alive on a daily basis
• bring your expertise to the field

• Graduated Nurse/Early Childhood Educator
