MissionIntern Marketing Operations Project Manager:
If your internship gave you the keys to manage real marketing projects, from the brief to the field?
With us, you will not be a spectator: you build, you test, you measure. Your projects come to life in our restaurants, on our digital platforms, and in the hands of our customers.
Beside the Brand Managers, you participate in the construction and deployment of marketing plans: 360° campaigns, launch of new offers, performance analysis, and activation on key channels. You work in direct link with the studio, agencies, and operations teams.
Your missions:
Deploy the product offer
- You participate in the creation of visibility supports, are present on the shootings, follow the deployment in restaurant and conceive the guides of implementation for the field teams.
- Analysis of the performance of the offer and competitive vigilance are part of your daily routine (product, price, communication, sector trends).
- On the e-commerce side, you manage the assortment and the promotion of products on the platforms at each change of menu.
Pilot the annual activation plan
- You take part in the 360° launch campaigns (PLV, digital, CRM, social media), from the conception to the field deployment.
- Brief and follow-up of creative and social media agencies: validations, feedback, adjustments.
- In liaison with the digital team, you animate the e-commerce and build the promotional plan.
- Follow-up of the performance of the campaigns is also on the program: reporting, feedback from the field, and recommendations for the next ones.
Local marketing
- You manage the requests of the restaurants according to their problems and their areas of patronage (specific PLV, promotional support).
- Accompaniment of the openings from A to Z: before, during, and after, with the provision of PLV kits and visibility tools.
- You then analyze the performances of the deployed plans, in quali and quanti.
