Dessinatrice / Dessinateur CAO-DAO

Under the authority of the director of heritage, and under the functional authority of the data administrator, the Drawing and Data Management Specialist for Heritage operates, updates the graphic documents and the heritage database, and participates in its development or evolution.

They work in close collaboration with all the different departments that make up the DIPAT, as well as with other departments in the relevant fields.

Main Challenges

• Participate in updating the information system of the institution's heritage property. Integrate the 3D model if necessary.
• Take charge of the preparation of administrative authorizations (declaration of works, preliminary declaration, etc.).
• Update the signage of the premises in conjunction with the Communication service.

Activities

• Conduct field surveys, produce or check the graphic pieces of the different project phases and participate in the drafting of the written pieces of the consultation of companies in the context of construction operations.
• Proceed or have the survey and update of the graphic documents of the property (plans, notices, associated documentation, technical schemes...) according to the evolutions of the building, manage the surface tables of the establishment (update, complements…)
• Classify, archive and verify (graphic charter and content) the executed work files (DOE), the files of subsequent interventions on the work (DIUO)
• Ensure the update of the topographic plans and road networks, various networks (VRD)
• Participate in the preparation of authorization files within the framework of urban planning rules (building permits, AT, DP...)
• Follow up on declarations of intention to commence work (DICT) within the framework of the regulation
• Respond to various requests for real estate data and plans from different services and external interlocutors
• Inform the heritage databases

Knowledge

• Environment of public institutions.
• Knowledge of the functioning of an EPCSCP, its components and the practices specific to the services.
• Rules and techniques of building drawing (in-depth knowledge).
• Techniques of the different building trades (basic knowledge).

• Realizing project or technical plans in the design phase (urban planning...).
