Job ResponsibilitiesYour Project as Product Manager (M/F):
The Product Manager designs, structures, and oversees a comprehensive range of products and services, from initial framing to market launch. They enhance existing offerings and develop new competitive and differentiating solutions, in close collaboration with technical, commercial, and project teams, to meet the expectations of a market undergoing profound transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Construct and manage a successful portfolio of offerings.
- Transform a set of technical offerings into a clear, competitive, and client-oriented portfolio.
- Key responsibilities:
- Structure the repository of existing generic offerings (maintenance, modernization, engineering…).
- Develop these offerings into specific products (with, in some cases, light, standard, premium versions…).
- Design and formalize packages combining technical services + associated services.
- Identify, prioritize, and build new growth relay offerings (end-to-end solutions, enriched services, innovative offerings…).
- Work in co-construction with: project managers, engineering experts, commercial managers, pricing, procurement.
- Ensure consistency between differentiation, costs, industrial feasibility, and market expectations.
- Integrate the constraints of a market now governed by tenders (positioning, value, ROI…).
- Enhance and make offerings readable: commercial supports and arguments
- Objective: transform technical content into clear, convincing, and strategy-aligned commercial supports.
- Key responsibilities:
- Design client presentation materials, brochures, product sheets, slides.
- Write or improve commercial arguments, key messages, language elements.
- Formulate value-oriented differentiating messages (performance, savings, innovation, availability, reduced risks…).
- Participate in the writing of client responses (RAO / tenders) ensuring clarity, readability, and simplicity for non-expert decision-makers.
- Manage economic models and strategically position prices
- Key responsibilities:
- Define, maintain, and evolve price catalogs, integrating technical, industrial, and competitive changes.
- Build the economic models of the offerings, evaluating costs, margin scenarios, optimization levers, and impacts on commercial performance.
- Contribute to strategic pricing, based on market analysis, price benchmarks, and a fine understanding of different client segments and their maturity.
- Ensure a coherent and competitive price positioning, aligned with the value provided (performance, availability, risk reduction, innovation, associated services).
- Support RAO teams by providing value-oriented price justifications (ROI, differentiating arguments, market comparisons) to strengthen the credibility of tender responses.
Technical Skills

Education & Experience
- Higher education (engineering school, business school)
- 5 to 10 years of confirmed experience in structuring offers, product marketing, or business development
- Experience in a B2B environment would be a plus
