Your new role, what does it consist of?
The AMO & Conseil Branch is responsible for accompanying the Société des Grands Projets (Master of Works) in the realization of the new metro line L18 by providing administrative, technical, and financial assistance for the management of the work groups (traction, façades of platforms, electromechanical equipment, railway track).
Within the project team, you will be the preferred correspondent of the Master of Works (MOW), with the project sector chief and market managers, in the context of administrative and contractual management, studies of synthesis and execution, as well as the realization of CFO and CFA systems (telecommunication, signaling, automation, security system).
Your missions will be the following:
Contractual and administrative follow-up
Follow-up of PRO/ACT activities:
- Follow-up of the production of PRO/DCE deliverables
- Verification of deliverables, design, and its conformity to the program
Follow-up of EXE activity:
- Follow-up of the documentation, establishment of a control of still open design topics
- Follow-up of the visas produced by the MOE
- Follow-up of the resolution and signature of SID
- Control of the transmission of input data (Quality + Date)
- Control of the transmission of mock-ups (Date)
- Follow-up of the synthesis
Follow-up of the site activities:
- Carry out regular site inspections to ensure the quality and conformity of the work.
- Develop and maintain progress reports of the work, including budgets and schedules.
- Participate in site and coordination meetings.
- Degree in electrical engineering / electronics / automation or in a similar field.
- Confirmed experience of 5 years minimum in the conduct of HT & BT operations, ideally in the transport infrastructure sector.
- Knowledge of low current systems and associated safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and technical specifications.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
