Job Title

Technician in Property Management and Networks

Knowledge:
Technical knowledge in hydraulics, sanitation, road maintenance, and/or various networks, civil engineering. Knowledge of safety rules for public domain works, especially those specific to sanitation trades. Knowledge of the environment of local authorities, public procurement, and safety rules. Administrative knowledge (contracts, budgets, HR).

Skills:

Experience in monitoring and controlling companies. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge of AutoCAD and GIS. Quality of writing and communication with the public. Relationship skills and teamwork. Availability, efficiency, and autonomy. Rigor, responsiveness, and organizational skills. Ability to work with many partners.

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree +2 in Water Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
