Lead SEO technique & visibilité IA

Job Title

You will be responsible for the technical SEO/GEO foundation of Redion globally and will directly manage the technical performance of the corporate site, ensuring its optimization for both search engines and AI.

Corporate Site (primary responsibility)

• Act as the technical reference for the corporate site
• Ensure:
  • Crawlability and indexing
  • Architecture and internal linking
  • SEO scalability

Global Technical Standards

• Define SEO frameworks for the corporate site and local market sites
• Manage international SEO (hreflang, canonical tags)

AI Visibility (GEO)

• Implement structured data strategy
• Ensure content is readable by AIs and consistent

Migration & Optimization

• Support rebranding and migration projects
• Maintain SEO authority during transformation phases

• 7 to 10+ years of technical SEO experience
• Experience on large, multi-country sites
• Strong understanding of architecture, indexing, and performance issues
• Awareness of AI-driven search evolutions

• Fluent English (required)
• French is a major asset
