The incumbent is responsible for the monitoring of application performance, and must: administer the Dynatrace observability tool, integrate the tool and updates into Qualification and Production environments, assist Dev Ops teams in preparing the monitoring setup, deploy agents on all types of environments and technologies, set up relevant dashboards in agreement with technical and business teams, intervene on incidents to analyze and help resolve problems encountered in Production, develop additional tools to complete the monitoring of systems and applications and integrate third-party solutions, write and present analysis reports to MOE and MOA teams.

The Office of Application Performance and Security (BPSA) offers a service covering four areas related to IT quality and performance: functional testing, performance testing, vulnerability testing, and monitoring of application performance.

This position requires: technical knowledge - knowledge and experience with Dynatrace or other APM/observability tools (Prometheus, Datadog…), knowledge of Python, Java development, and shell scripting, knowledge of the technique of elaborating standardized documentation, ability to understand the technical architecture of systems and networks.
