In this role, you will be an integral part of a team focused on providing exceptional care to residents in a long-term care setting. Your expertise with EPIC and Cerner will be crucial during this conversion period.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Utilize EPIC and Cerner systems proficiently
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Minimum 6 months of EPIC experience within the last 12 months
• Current BLS certification required
• California RN license required
