Registered Nurse – OB/GYN, Delano, CA, US.

Start date:

06/29/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,590–$2,668 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Day shifts, 12‑hour, 3 days per week (36 hours). This travel assignment requires nursing care in an acute or high‑acuity care environment, with coordination across disciplines to support obstetric and gynecologic patients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
  • Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitor for adverse effects, and document responses.
  • Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, ensuring appropriate delegation and supervision within scope of practice.
  • Coordinate care with obstetric, gynecologic, and other disciplines to support safe, effective patient outcomes.
  • Document all care activities accurately in the patient record and ensure compliance with policies and standards of practice.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse license to practice in California
  • OB/GYN or perinatal nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to work day 12‑hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hours)
  • Demonstrated ability to provide patient‑centered care within a multidisciplinary team
  • Registered nursing degree from an accredited program (ADN or BSN) or equivalent qualification
  • Willingness to undertake a 13‑week travel assignment and adapt to a new care setting
