Overview
Registered Nurse – OB/GYN, Delano, CA, US.
Start date:
06/29/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,590–$2,668 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Day shifts, 12‑hour, 3 days per week (36 hours). This travel assignment requires nursing care in an acute or high‑acuity care environment, with coordination across disciplines to support obstetric and gynecologic patients.

- Start date:
06/29/2026 - Care setting: acute, multidisciplinary obstetric/gynecologic patient care in a traveling assignment
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitor for adverse effects, and document responses.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, ensuring appropriate delegation and supervision within scope of practice.
- Coordinate care with obstetric, gynecologic, and other disciplines to support safe, effective patient outcomes.
- Document all care activities accurately in the patient record and ensure compliance with policies and standards of practice.
- Active Registered Nurse license to practice in California
- OB/GYN or perinatal nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work day 12‑hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hours)
- Demonstrated ability to provide patient‑centered care within a multidisciplinary team
- Registered nursing degree from an accredited program (ADN or BSN) or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to undertake a 13‑week travel assignment and adapt to a new care setting
- Assignment‑specific support and onboarding provided
- Credentialing and documentation support throughout the assignment
- Ongoing access to recruitment and travel support during the assignment
- Opportunities for assignment extensions and mid‑cycle evaluations
Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary. Final compensation packages and confirmed hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
