• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff at various levels, ensuring safety and quality of care.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered plans.
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in daily care delivery.
• Document care and maintain accurate records in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and elevate concerns as appropriate.

• Ability to work Nights on a 3x12 schedule
