• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients in the ER according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across the assigned shifts; maintain professional and supervisory discretion.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines and services; communicate clearly with patients and family as appropriate.
• Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to prioritize patient needs and ensure safety and quality of care.

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• ER nursing experience preferred for travel assignments
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced ER environment
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN)
• Willingness to travel to Delano, CA for an 8-week assignment
