Adventist Health Delano is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care in the Long Term Care/Sub‑Acute Unit
. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, patient‑centered care while maintaining compliance with Adventist Health standards. This EXCLUSIVE EPIC Assignment requires recent Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months

Recent Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months (required)

Current AHA BLS certification

Current AHA ACLS certification

Acute Care and/or Long Term Care/Sub‑Acute nursing experience preferred

BSN preferred

Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and a 36–48 hour schedule

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)

AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Current Epic EMR experience (within the last 12 months)

156‑bed Community & Regional Teaching Hospital

Long Term Care – Sub‑Acute (59 beds: 51 Sub‑Acute / 8 Skilled Nursing)
