• Deliver coordinated nursing care for obstetric and gynecologic patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Monitor patient conditions, perform routine assessments, document findings, and respond to changes in status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor for therapeutic effects and adverse reactions.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, discharge planning, and post-discharge self-care.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and quality of care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

• Active Registered Nurse license (California) or eligible for licensure by endorsement
• OB/GYN nursing experience or strong obstetric/gynecology clinical skills; ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a hospital setting with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and relocate as needed
