• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient with general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience leading a team and motivating others to achieve goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow directions from the store manager.
• Mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. and use proper equipment and safety techniques.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures to keep operations smooth.
• Team player with energy to encourage others and achieve goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and communicate the plan set by the store manager.
• Mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
