• Be a Shoe-off: Obsess over shoes (no judgment). When a customer enters, act as a shoe sleuth, recommending perfect styles to meet their needs. Ensure customers leave with the perfect fit.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience motivating a team toward a goal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by the store manager.
• Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible to work a schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to above shoulder height with appropriate equipment.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Knowledgeable in general retail practices needed to keep operations smooth.
• Team player with energy and enthusiasm to encourage associates.
• Manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and communicate store manager’s game plan.
• Mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
