Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment, and store cleanliness. Advocates of both in‑store and digital services and solutions who are knowledgeable about capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and ultimately guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick‑up and drive up while ensuring exceptional quality.

• Explain and assist with Target Loyalty programs, including application or sign‑up.
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy.
• Show guests how to use features within the Target App, including Wallet.
• Be familiar with Order Pick‑Up, Drive‑Up, and online ordering; help guests enroll and activate.
• Attempt every return and follow register prompts; partner with leaders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, clutter‑free work area by gathering unpurchased items, baskets, and hangers.
• Stock supplies during open hours while remaining available for guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely at all times, complying with safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick‑Up, Drive‑Up, and maintain compliance with beverage laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle checkout operations, transactions, and support cash office operations as needed.
• Efficiently and safely scan, handle, and move merchandise, lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds.
• Maintain a flexible schedule with reliable attendance.
• Remain mobile for the shift duration.
• Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and conditions, including Drive‑Up and carry‑out duties.
