ResponsibilitiesDevelop the business of your hypermarket store area
- Monitor and analyze key KPIs and performance indicators of your sector
- Identify growth opportunities in your sector
- Develop your strategy through annual growth plans to increase the turnover of your clients and Yoplait's market share in your sector
- Provide recommendations to develop your business
Pilot business plans by client, implement strategy and store priorities
- Analyze the positioning of your brands in store
- Implement actions to optimize product presence, availability, shelf visibility, promotional visibility, etc.
- Seize business opportunities
- Implement plans negotiated with clients: implantation, promotional display, anti-stock-out measures
Ensure the link with large account teams
- Provide relevant and analyzed information about what is happening around you (competitive intelligence)
- Recommend the means necessary for the development of your business
- Represent the voice of your clients at the heart of the company
- Prepare and communicate each week the agenda of a promoter with its visit objectives
- Fixed remuneration: 33K to 38K negotiable according to profile
- Variable 15% + Interest Sharing
- Meal allowance 17.50€
- Company vehicle with fuel card: professional and personal use
Pilot the activity of a Sales Promoter in hypermarkets
With a commercial training from Bac + 2 to Bac+4/5, you have first experience (internships/alternances included) in commercial or marketing functions on large retail chains:
Business Development, Assistant Category Manager, Assistant Key Account, Sector Manager, Assistant Product Manager…
We will support your progress with sales methods training, close supervision.
Driving license B required.
