Plans and performs a wide variety of routine general building maintenance repairs and services.;
Sets up and installs furniture.;
Participates in major renovations, new construction, alterations and equipment installations.;
Performs alteration and repairs of machinery, equipment or facilities in accordance with basic skills and abilities, standard procedures, diagrams or manufacturers instructions.;
Maintains a record of service cycles and other maintenance activities conducted.
