• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the aquatics program, aligning with the community’s needs and expectations.
• Design a progressive swimming lesson program, considering various skill levels and age groups.
• Recruit, train, and supervise aquatics staff to ensure the highest standards of safety and instruction.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for participants, staff, and families.

• Previous experience in aquatics program development and coordination.
• Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor certifications preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
