Pay: $20-$21/hr

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for conversion)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support sales efforts by delivering exceptional customer care and sales support. This is a high-volume, phone-based role focused on resolving customer inquiries, driving solutions, and ensuring accuracy during a critical peak season.

This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage customer expectations, and comfort navigating systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle inbound customer calls (phone-only support; no email queue)

+ Provide solutions that support sales growth and customer satisfaction

+ Accurately process and manage customer requests in Salesforce and SAP

+ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely outcomes

+ Maintain a high level of data accuracy and process compliance

+ Manage customer expectations and deliver a strong customer service experience

Required Qualifications

+ 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or phone-heavy role preferred)

+

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

+ Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

+ High attention to detail and ability to minimize errors

+ Comfortable using Outlook for internal communication

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments

+ Prior experience supporting sales or order processing

Work Environment & Schedule

+ Training: 2-4 weeks onsite

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
