Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting sales by providing customer care and sales support. This involves providing solutions to drive sales growth, as well as effectively managing internal activities and external customers' expectations to ensure superior customer service. The role primarily works in Salesforce and SAP, handling only phone interactions while coordinating with other departments; therefore, proficiency in Outlook is required.
