Qualifications:- Valid Wisconsin Special Education Teacher License required

- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students strengths and areas of need
- Provide direct instruction to students in small group and one-on-one settings

- Employ evidence-based strategies and differentiated instruction methods
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt curriculum and assessments to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
