Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer
Job Type: Full-Time
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer with 5–7 years of manufacturing engineering experience and strong hands‑on knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, optimizing production efficiency, supporting automation initiatives, and troubleshooting equipment and controls issues
Key Responsibilitie- sDevelop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and production layouts
- .Analyze production processes to improve quality, productivity, throughput, and cost efficiency
- .Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and automated systems
- .Troubleshoot and support PLC-controlled machinery and industrial automation systems
- .Work with controls/automation teams on PLC programming, modifications, testing, and debugging
- .Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- .Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
- .Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing and equipment issues
- .Support PFMEA, process flow, capacity analysis, time studies, and line balancing activities
- .Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Controls, and Design Engineering teams
- .Support new product introduction (NPI), equipment validation, and production ramp‑up activities
- .Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, quality, and operational requirements
- sBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- .5–7 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering within a manufacturing environment
- .Strong hands‑on experience with PLC systems and industrial automation
- .Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled machinery and manufacturing equipment
- .Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies
- .Experience with process improvement, production optimization, root‑cause analysis, and equipment troubleshooting
- .Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, and mechanical drawings
- .Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- sExperience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs, Siemens PLCs, or similar platforms
- .HMI/SCADA experience
- .Knowledge of robotics, sensors, VFDs, servos, and automated production equipment
- .Experience with AutoCAD, Solid Works, or other engineering tools
- .Manufacturing experience in automotive, industrial equipment, heavy equipment, or discrete manufacturing is a plus
