Overview
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting sales by delivering exceptional customer care and operational support. In this position, you will help drive sales growth by providing effective solutions, managing customer expectations, and ensuring a high level of service for both internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day customer support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with sales teams to support account activities and drive business growth
- Accurately process orders, resolve issues, and manage customer inquiries
- Utilize Salesforce (CRM) and SAP (ERP) systems to maintain data integrity and ensure efficient workflows
- Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to manage expectations and timelines
- Deliver solutions that enhance the overall customer experience
- Preference to experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Preference to experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Initial training will be onsite for 2‑4 weeks
- Hybrid schedule after training:
Remote Wednesday & Friday;
Onsite Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
LocationContract to Hire position based out of Delavan, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
