Transitions at Home is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and flexible Part-Time Non-Medical Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team in the Delavan area
.
In this role, you will help ensure continuity of care for our clients by providing coverage for caregiver call-ins, paid time off (PTO), medical leaves, and other staffing needs. You will also assist with caregiver orientation and training while providing high-quality, non-medical personal care services to clients in the comfort of their own homes when needed.
As a Non-Medical Caregiver Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting both our clients and caregivers by helping maintain consistent, reliable care. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Hours:
Part-Time - 20+ Hours a week
- 7:00am - 7:00pm Hours of Availability
- Monday through Friday

Qualifications /
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED Certificate
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
- Reliable Car with Car Insurance
- Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
- Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care ofothers.
- Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping,walking,climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours
- Basic Computer Skills
- Excellent communications skills with Attention to detail
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
