Part‑Time School Physical Therapist (PT) Delavan, WI
Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity in a school setting? Join a supportive team in Delavan, Wisconsin and make a meaningful impact by helping students achieve greater independence and success in the classroom.
Position Details- Location: Delavan, WI
- Schedule: Part‑Time
- Hours: 24 hours per week
- Days: 34 days per week
- Assignment Dates: September 8, 2026 May 28, 2027
- Caseload: 14 students
- Grade Levels: Kindergarten
12th Grade - School Sites: 4 campuses
- Responsibilities: Direct therapy services, collaboration with school staff and families, participation in IEP meetings, and completion of initial evaluations and related documentation.
- Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Small caseload of just 14 students
- Flexible part‑time schedule (34 days per week)
- Opportunity to work with a diverse K-12 population
