We have an opportunity for a Cycle Counter to join our Delavan, WI team. You will complete cycle counting process, analyze discrepancies to determine problem causes and support inventory management projects.

• Conduct physical inventory counts of product on a daily basis (working toward daily requirement).
• Resolve any variances between physical and actual counts.
• Troubleshoot possible receiving, transaction, Bill of material, routing, or picking errors and research ways to eliminate the problems causing variances.
• Resolve negative on hand inventory reports, improper backflush reports, and other various error logs and reconcile them on a daily basis.
• Work with line supervisors, warehouse supervisor, schedulers, buyer & accounts payable to meet Pentair corporate inventory objectives.
• Enter data through the CRT and hand held RF Unit to update the inventory records in the compute.
• Make inventory documents on SAP and adjust/reconcile inventory on SAP.
• Complete daily activities timely, legibly and accurately.
• Communicate to the areas or processes that need improvement.
• Follow all 5S practices and support lean activities, as well as safety regulations policies and procedures.
• Support inventory project work (ie E&O disposition, consolidation, etc.).
• Use fork trucks and order picker to load or unload supermarket locations.

• High School/GED
• Skills in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, SAP
• Ability to learn how to drive a Fork truck, order picker and tugger
• Fact-based problem solving ability and use of sound judgment
• Works with minimal supervision

• 1st Shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday
• Occasional mandatory overtime required
• This position is temporary with the potential to go permanent within 90 days.

The hourly pay for this role is: $18.00/hr opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
