Warehouse Technician 1st Shift

Warehouse Technician 1st shift – Delavan, WI

We are looking for a Warehouse Technician to join our Delavan, WI team. The role supports the Shipping team by managing end‑to‑end documentation, processing, and tracking of orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Unload and load trucks efficiently using mechanical and manual means
• Verify inventory and accuracy of shipping and receiving forms
• Deliver raw materials and finished goods using hand or forklift truck to proper departments, cells or other storage areas
• Pick and palletize orders for shipment
• Accurately record in a timely manner all assigned receiving, inventory control and general warehousing transactions
• Use current production and inventory control systems and software
• Use SAP system to receive and ship orders (Domestic and Export)

• Work from verbal instructions, written work instructions, and quality plans with minimal supervision
• Work in a team environment
• Follow company safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly
• Learn 5S Program & Tank Hazmat Training
• Ability to use forklift, order picker, reach truck, pallet wrapper, scales
• Forklift operation license preferred

Medium work frequently and heavy work infrequently (moving 5‑20 lbs).

1st shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30p.m., Monday – Friday. Occasional mandatory overtime required.

The hourly pay for this role is: $18.00/hr opportunity for a rate increase after proficiency in certain skills and completion of training. Actual pay may vary based on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
