Assembly Operator - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations for utility, sump, sewage, and effluent pumps, including oil fill, electrical connections, and decal application.
• Administer high-pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.
• Execute final packaging operations.
• Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.

• Minimum 3 years of recent manufacturing experience.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, and lift or lower weights up to 40 lbs.
• Steel-toed shoes required on the distribution floor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a teamwork environment.

1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Mandatory overtime required after shift or on weekends).

Hourly pay: $18.50. Opportunity for a rate increase upon proficiency in specified skills and completion of training. Actual pay may vary based on achievements, skills, and experience.
