We have an opportunity for an Assembly Operator to join our Delavan, WI team. You will perform required operations to assemble, test, and package all sizes and types of utility, sump, sewage, and effluent pumps.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assembly operations including oil fill, electrical connections, and decal application to produce utility pumps.
- Administer high‑pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.
- Perform final packaging operations.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and correct non‑conformances.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent manufacturing experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, lift, and lower weights up to 40 lbs.
- Steel‑toed shoes required on the distribution floor.
- Attention to detail.
- Teamwork environment.
- 1st shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
- Mandatory overtime required after shift or on weekends.
The hourly pay for this role is $18.50
. Opportunity for a rate increase after proficiency in certain skills and completion of training. Actual pay may vary based on achievements, skills, and experience.
