Quality Inspector III 1st shift

Job Title

Quality Inspector III – 1st Shift – Delavan, WI (Injection Molding Team)

• Provide support and coverage in molding operations, including operator breaks, material provision, and daily maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Operate injection molding presses and perform trimming, deburring, and welding of plastic parts.
• Conduct quality checks (dimensional, appearance, functional) at regular intervals.
• Read and interpret part drawings, blueprints, quality plans, and standards.
• Communicate non‑conformances to Molding technical staff for corrective action.
• Scheduling duties: assignment of work on presses and work cells.
• Properly order, receive, identify, and put away purchased and manufactured components.
• Generate documentation for scrap processing, inventory, finished goods receipts, and transfer tickets.

• Team‑oriented work environment.
• Proficiency in basic metrology tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
• Productivity reporting and quality audit reporting experience.
• Ability to operate a powered pallet jack.
• Experience in new employee training.

Medium work frequently – able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently without a lift assist.

1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday – Friday. OT required when needed.

Hourly pay: $22 – $24/hr potential rate increase upon proficiency and fulfillment of training. Actual pay may vary based on achievements, skills, and experience.
