We have an opportunity for Quality Inspector III to join our Delavan, WI Injection Molding Team. You will perform quality operations to support the injection molding department, including basic injection molding skills such as operating presses, trimming, deburring, welding plastic parts, and performing quality checks to ensure no defective parts reach internal or external customers.

• Provide support and coverage in molding operations, including assisting operator breaks, providing appropriate materials, and daily maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Proficient use of basic metrology tools and gauges (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges). Read and interpret part drawings/blueprints and quality plans/standards.
• Perform various quality checks at regular intervals (dimensional, appearance, and functional tests). Communicate non-conformances to the appropriate molding technical staff for correction.
• Schedule duties including assignment of work on presses and/or work cells.
• Order, receive, identify, and store all types of purchased and manufactured components.
• Generate necessary documentation for scrap processing, inventory, finished goods receipts, and transfer tickets.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Quality audit reporting experience.
• Powered pallet jack operation.
• New employee training experience.

• Medium work capacity; ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds without a lift assist.

• 1st shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday – Friday
• OT as needed.

The hourly pay for this role is $22 - $24/hr opportunity for a rate increase after achieving proficiency in certain skills and completing training. Actual pay may vary based on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
