Pentair is seeking a Materials Supervisor for the Delavan, Wisconsin location. You will lead the production team to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Cash while mentoring staff and ensuring adherence to standard work and PFEP.
The role requires hands-on leadership in a manufacturing setting and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field, 2+ years in manufacturing, and bilingual ability is a plus.
