KG Aesthetics is a medical aesthetics and wellness practice dedicated to delivering personalized, results-driven care with a strong focus on natural outcomes and patient education. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about medical weight loss, hormone optimization, functional medicine and aesthetics, who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients.
Position OverviewThe advance practice provider will provide clinical care and oversight for our wellness and weight-management programs, with opportunities to expand into aesthetic services based on experience and interest.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and manage patients in medical weight-loss programs, including GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, etc.)
- Assess, prescribe, and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for appropriate patients
- Assess, prescribe peptide therapy for appropriate patients
- Provide functional medicine-based evaluations, lab review, and treatment planning
- Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing care
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- Bonus if you have experience with aesthetic injectable treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Wisconsin
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in at least one of the following:
- Medical weight loss / GLP-1 medications
- Hormone replacement therapy
- Functional medicine or integrative wellness
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Experience with injectables (Botox/fillers) is a plus, but not required

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
