At our gorgeous facility in Southern Wisconsin, we’re searching for a passionate LIVE-IN Kennel Assistant Manager who will treat this place like home — because it will be your home!

We’re not just a kennel. Here at Lollipups Pet Resort we do daycare, boarding, and grooming haven where every dog gets the royal treatment, and we need someone who’s just as dedicated to dogs as we are. You’ll live on-site in a spacious apartment, work closely with a fantastic team, and help create a warm, welcoming environment for both our furry guests and their owners.

• Be a Leader – You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the pet resort to the grooming station.

• Help Manage the Kennel – Oversee boarding, daycare, and grooming operations to make sure every pet is happy, healthy, and cared for.
• Care for Our Canine Guests – From feeding and exercising to grooming and monitoring behavior, you’ll treat these pets like family.
• Be Hands-On – Expect to be on the move, walking, crouching, lifting, and ensuring the entire facility stays clean and functional.
• Customer Interaction – You’ll interact with pet owners daily, ensuring they feel confident leaving their furry friends in your care.
• Scheduling – Boarding and grooming appointments.
• Problem-Solving – Handle challenges on the fly with quick thinking, organization, and a calm demeanor.

• Experience with Animals – You have at least 3 years of experience working in kennels, animal care, or dog handling.
• Customer Service Skills – You’re friendly, professional, and know how to keep pet owners happy while juggling multiple tasks.
• Physical Stamina – You’re ready for a physically demanding job where you’re on your feet, moving around, and lifting throughout the day.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized – You can multitask like a pro, keep everything running smoothly, and have a keen eye for detail.
• Passion and a love for animals are essential.
• Dog training and/or grooming a plus!
