Position Responsibilities:

• Inspector will perform first piece verification at start-up of shift through inspection of final assembly.
• Interpret electronic process to ensure accuracy in assembly.
• Diagnose and correct rejects per ISO standards

• Inspection experience in an electronics setting or equivalent electronics background.
• Excellent soldering and repair skills understanding the use of different size tips, solder wire, components and polarity, placement of parts, removing and replacing small components, troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and computer skills to help train coworkers.

Management communicates company's objectives, news, future plans, quality issues in quarterly meetings for all employees.

Because shift sizes are small, you are known as a team member, not just a number.
