Responsibilities

• Execute duties for your specific area within the bakery‑cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay on the move to support guests and adapt to daily priorities with a positive attitude.
• Complete cleaning and stocking duties and help set up the next shift to support team success.

• Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Communicate clearly and understand directions from guests, managers, and teammates.
