Provide refined, well-paced service in the dining room at Opus at The Belfry House.
Responsibilities- Guide guests through the menu and tasting menu experience with confidence.
- Execute polished, well-timed coursing and table maintenance.
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize the experience where possible.
- Partner closely with the kitchen and bar throughout service.
Preferred Experience
- Fine-dining service experience.
- Working knowledge of wine and beverage service.
- Exceptional attention to detail and discretion.
- Evening and weekend availability.
