Provide smart customer service in line with Lowe's customer service policies and programs;
Build relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets are completed per Lowe's specifications;
Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Service team and Manager;
Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders;
Engage with customers when opportunities arise to understand needs and assist with locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise
