Team Member, Retail

Overview

The Sales Associate Store role provides professional and courteous service to customers on the sales floor, maintaining a clean, friendly, and safe store environment with accurate product placement, merchandising, and salvage.

• Retail or production experience preferred.
• Work a varied schedule with flexible hours.

• Smiles and greets customers and donors.
• Projects a positive image of Goodwill to customers in actions and appearance.
• Appropriately manages downtime by working independently and responsibly.
• Maintains confidentiality of sales information.
• Contributes to the Goodwill Mission as a highly productive and collaborative member of the team.
• Basic reading and writing skills.

• Able to safely move throughout the property.
• Able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of shift.
• Able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Able to grasp merchandise.
• Able to visually observe merchandise.

When determining placement within the salary range, Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago considers education, experience, internal equity, market demands, and other qualifying criteria. Compensation decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each case.
