Shift Leader – Domino's Pizza

Location: 1823 E Geneva St.
Pay: Starting up to $15/hr.
Employment: Full‑time (also part‑time).

• Lead the store team, setting high standards for customer service and product quality.
• Prepare and assemble all products to Domino’s Pizza specifications, including sandwiches, dressing, and toppings.
• Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and work areas, using FIFO and proper handling.
• Move soda and other products to coolers and ensure items are dated correctly.
• Handle customer interactions: take and receive phone calls, accept orders in person, and perform carside delivery.
• Maintain daily cleaning and sanitation: sweep, mop, clean coolers, and take out trash.
• Coordinate deliveries when needed, driving to customer locations and delivering flyers or door hangers.
• Use point‑of‑sale system to enter orders accurately and manage cash/credit transactions.
• Support overall store operations including cost management and team development.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Leadership experience (1 year preferred).
• Restaurant experience (1 year preferred).
• Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and telephone.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Motor coordination and ability to use a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, climb stairs, and perform manual tasks.
