Engage with pet parents and their pets to provide positive experiences and merchandise recommendations;
Greet pet parents and answer questions throughout the store;
Prepare online orders for in-store pickup and ensure a smooth pickup experience;
Maintain total store cleanliness and pet safety standards, including care of store-owned pets;
Promote events and services (adoption weekends, Treats enrollment, charity events) and assist across store areas as needed
