Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training in mechanical maintenance, industrial equipment, or fluid handling systems preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, technical manuals, and equipment schematics.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial pumps, fluid handling equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, or related mechanical equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills in a field service environment.
  • Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and technical reporting preferred.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more with assistance.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in industrial environments for extended periods.
  • Comfortable traveling to customer locations and working flexible hours when needed.
  • Ability to wear required PPE and work safely around industrial equipment and machinery.
Job Duties
  • Install, commission, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial pumps and fluid handling equipment at customer facilities.
  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and operational issues to restore equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Perform operational testing, equipment health assessments, and performance verification following repairs or installations.
  • Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, safety practices, and system best practices.
  • Prepare detailed service reports, document repairs, and provide recommendations for preventive maintenance, upgrades, and replacement parts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while partnering with Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Product Management teams to resolve technical issues and improve equipment reliability.
