Warehouse Clerk – Delavan, WI
Starting at $20.00 per hour, with salary commensurate with experience. A $1,000 sign‑on bonus may be earned upon successful completion of introductory performance expectations. The role includes over three weeks of paid time off annually.
This is a direct hire, full‑time, permanent opening for an experienced Warehouse Clerk at the Hobbs Facility, Delavan, WI. The position is on first shift (7:00 am – 3:00 pm). A comprehensive benefit package is available, effective day one of employment.
Job SummaryPick and stage materials to keep assemblers supplied with parts across Delavan facilities. Maintain accurate inventory records, process inventory transactions, handle order processing for shipping and production, and perform general warehousing duties.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Order picking – receive, move, store, ship materials, and report following established procedures.
- Process, package, ship, or store supplies and materials.
- Account for all materials and supplies by auditing goods received into the warehouse.
- Operate forklift and pallet jack as required.
- Follow mandatory operating procedures, utilize space efficiently, and maintain and protect the facility and equipment.
- Deliver and pick up materials to/from production lines as needed.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Package, crate, and prepare materials for shipping.
- Perform mandatory shipping and receiving tasks.
- Adhere to safety policies and protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Must lift 40 pounds using proper lifting or team‑lift techniques.
- Must complete forklift training; forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
- Computer‑based inventory experience preferred.
- Cycle‑count experience preferred.
- RF‑scanner experience preferred.
- Must have strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.

- Must have a strong work ethic and reliability.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two (2) years of related experience (preferred).

The employee must frequently walk, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. Must stand regularly with hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and may occasionally sit. Must lift or move up to 40 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus adjustments.
Working ConditionsEmployee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. Noise level is usually moderate. Specific PPE is required within the cell.
